Various options like a "Spiked" agitator help break up difficult
products. Or a "Anti-flood cone over the auger
helps to keep the lighter materials from flooding thru the spout.
Continuous welded and polished augers can help with sticky
materials or food grade products. |

The filling process begins when the filling spout with the bag clamp which can be
air operated or a manual clamp for more economical installations.
Dual Beam type load cells increase weight accuracy while
distributing the load of the system. |

The auger is driven
by a Reuland 3 hp duty rated motor. Other option are 2 speed, Variable Frequency drives,
as well as explosion proof motors. |

A single flexure at
the lower end of the Packers' front post stabilizes the weighing system. |
