The technical perfection of fully automatic bag fillingsketcha.jpg (26225 bytes) The machine is equipped with two alternately operating bag magazines, each holding between 200 and 600 bags, depending on bag thickness and type. While one magazine is in operation, the other can be loaded by the operator. Continuous operation is guaranteed by the automatic alternating of the magazines. The ABF bagging lines are designed for high speed operation, with a possible peak operation of 23 bags per minute. A standard Allen-Bradley programmable logic controller (PLC) controls all sequencing.
