Anti-Friction Load Plate Kit: Convert from existing load plates to thin load plates with the PSI’s exclusive anti-friction surface treatment.
Bag Turning Grid Upgrade: Change the existing Bag Lifting ‘Cross’ to a ‘Grid’ style design.
Elevator Motor Upgrade: Change elevator motor and gearbox from the Reuland elevator drive to an Eurodrive gearbox and motor.
Layer Pusher Belting Upgrade: Convert the current chain drive configuration to the new Poly GT configuration.
Layer Pusher Extenson Kit: Extend the linear stroke of the Layer Pusher to allow the bags making up a partial layer push cycle to be moved fully across the Load Plates to a position at the Back Plate.
Layer Pusher Variable Frequency Drive Upgrade: Replace the existing motor contactor control with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
Load Plate Belt Upgrade: Convert from chain operated load plates to Poly GT belt operated load plates.
Motor Driven Layer Squaring Upgrade: Change the existing pneumatically controlled Layer Squaring assembly to the Packaging Systems International Motor Driven Layer Squaring design.
Motor driven Load Plate Upgrade: Replace the existing pneumatic Load Plate Drive with a Motor Driven (SEW Eurodrive) configuration.
Pusher/Load Plate Bearing Upgrade: Convert from existing lee bearing and support shafts to new rail design with roller bearings. **WELDING is required for this upgrade!**
Thin Load Plate Conversion Kit: Replace the existing Load Plates with a thinner profile design.
Variable Frequency Drive Bag Diverter Upgrade: Replace the existing pneumaticallycontrolled Bag Diverter Assemby to the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) design.
Variable Frequency Drive Bag Turner Upgrade: Replace the existing motor contactor control with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Addition of a Top Platen to secure bags during the turn cycle.
