Mettler Toledo Checkweigher- The IND9D56 packaged checkweighing controller provides a robust and reliable interface to conveyor scales for in-motion weighing. Items can be weighed while crossing an analog load cell-based conveyor at speeds up to 200ft/minute. A target can be recalled and weights compared against target values to trigger an output or identify in the transaction record out of tolerance items. Optional Ethernet and PLC connectivity provides flexibility for interface to other control or data analysis equipment. View Drawing.

Safeline Metal Detector- Used to detect unwanted metal in the bag while traveling down the conveyor line. the metal detector includes programmable digital electronics having memory for multiple product settings, fast action Automatic Balance Control and Performance Monitoring. Detection signals are indicated on a thirty (30) segment green/red LED bar graph indicator. The microprocessor includes a comprehensive set of adjustable timers to meet all application requirements. Portec Powered Belt Turn- These powered belt turns are available in a variety of sizes and arcs. The frame is formed 12-gauge hot rolled steel. The belting is heavy-duty 2 ply nitrile rubber with a smooth outside radii to prevent bags from falling off or getting “snagged” on the frame. A totally enclosed chain guard is provided.
