Drum/Pail Filling (Dry Solids)
With our complete line of feeding devices PSI can offer drum, pail and carton filling systems for dry solid products from large briquettes to fine powders. These systems range from an auger packer with a drum filling attachment to a fully automatic, high speed net weigh drum filling and palletizing system. Containers from one gallon to 55 gallon drums can be stored, conveyed, filled, sealed and palletized. We specialize in products that are highly bridgeable, toxic or corrosive.
PSI offers pre weighed (net weigh) systems or gross weigh filling systems. Our Bulk / Dribble feeding technologies include gravity feeders, vibratory, screw and belt feeders. We incorporate Mettler-Toledo weigh controllers and load cells for exceptional accuracy along with extensive summary and reporting capabilities. Total dust containment and vibrating settlers are standard options. This superior quality equipment is designed for the harsh environments it is typically used in.
