Net Weigh Scales
To complement our full line of filling equipment, PSI manufactures net weigh scales. These can be incorporated into fully automated bag filling systems or independently as batch scales or in a manual bagging system. 
Depending on product, our high speed scale can weigh up to 15 weighments per minute with accuracy of +/- 1 ounce. Primarily used to fill open mouth bags, our Model 501 Weigh Master Net Weigh Scale can also be used to fill drums, pails, bulk bags and boxes. To achieve consistent weighments, PSI uses Bulk/Dribble feed technology with a self adjusting cut-off to maintain maximum efficiency. Our net weigh scale can handle a wide range of products through the use of multiple feed devices. We offer gravity feeders, belt, screw, vibratory, and rotary feeders.
The 501 Weigh Master is designed to contain dust to the greatest extent possible. The weigh hopper is directly mounted to three load cells, working in conjunction with a Mettler Toledo control console for exceptional accuracy along with extensive summery and reporting capabilities.
