Valve Bag Placers
The Model 3200 Automatic Valve Bag Placer reduces labor costs and increases productivity by automatically and reliably placing valve bags on filling spouts. The Model 3200 easily works with either paper or plastic valve bags at speeds of up to 20 bags per minute. 
Depending on the construction of the bags, our bag magazine can hold up to 400 bags. The bag magazine is easily changed and filled to keep up with speedy filling rates. Additional magazines can be provided to accommodate multiple different bag sizes. When the bags need a positive seal, PSI offers an ultrasonic sealing component and when added to the Model 3200, the operation becomes a completely automated bag filling and sealing application.
PSI’s Model 3200 Automatic Valve Bag Placer correctly and soundly places valve bags on up to four spouts for bag filling. The valve bag placer is uniquely designed for a smooth operation from bag retrieval to placement on the valve. Even though the design makes for a calm operation, it is still built to handle the harsh conditions that are typical with most bag filling stations. The bag rejection system gets rid of any bags that aren’t properly placed or are defective before filling starts.
