Film is unrolled from storage and fitted around a tube to be vertically sealed. After the vertical seal, the filling process begins. During the filling process, the horizontal seam is sealed and made secure, ready to be cut when filling is complete. Once filling is complete, the cut is made and the bag is detached from the continuous roll of film. The filled and formed bag is generally dropped onto a conveying line to be made ready for shipment. The use of film to make bags on the System-F MK will create big savings over the use of pre-made bags.
