Model 2400 Hi-Speed Inline
Packaging Systems International’s highest speed palletizer is the Model 2400 Automatic Palletizer. The Model 2400 can achieve speeds up to 40 bags per minute without sacrificing the durable and hardy construction that PSI has come to be known for. The high speeds are a product of the pusher plates being straight in line with the load plates. As bags pass through the diverter, the full layer is formed and pushed straight onto the load plates with no right angle movement. This straight push combined with the full layer forming make for a high speed, fully automatic palletizer that works in any environment. Often times, the atmosphere for bagging and palletizing operations are dirty and grimy, needing a dependable machine that won’t break down under the conditions.
